Taken from the middle of North Benton, the sides of the buildings are most prominent plus the signs on them.
Walsh's Grocery and Market faces Judd St (101 E. Judd) but their Walsh Liquor Store entrance was 224 N. Benton. A Blatz Beer sign is on the back of the market building.
On the E. Judd corner, a large "Dora's Children's Shop" sign has an arrow pointing down E. Judd. On the same wall the end of the Hahn's Friendly Tavern is painted on the brick--maybe Hahn owns the Budweiser Tavern at 126 N. Benton.
Next door, at 124 N. Benton, Dacy Electric Company signs advertise Bendix & G.E. (General Electric).
Continuing down Benton neon signs advertise Benton St. Restaurant at 122 N. Benton and Mitchell Drug Store at 120 N. Benton.
Everything else is obscured except the readable Koblentz Department Store at 106 N. Benton.
