Description

Fourth in a series of photos taken in 1930, this photo is taken in the summer, showing Benton street next to the Square park going north toward Clay street. A portion of the Spring House is on the left with a row of automobiles parked there.

On the Benton Street side of the 100 Cass building, a very large neon sign identifies Pfeiffer Pharmacy with Drugs in enormous letters and Gainsborough Hair Nets at the bottom.

In the far background, Olmstead and Buell Feed Dealers on Clay Street is visible.
