1993 color photograph of the Woodstock Public Square looking south-east from the  Square Square Park bandstand.  the main focus of the photograph is a large soldier statue and the decorative Springhouse building.  In the background are two and three story brick buildings on Benton and Van Buren Streets.

Taken from the bandstand, this photo shows a closeup of the soldier's monument (without his head) and the bandstand.

The buildings on S. Benton and Van Buren are visible in the distance. The Bohn's Hardware sign is obscured by the tree. Angelo's Restaurant has expanded to the west where Rosewood Apparel stood for many years. She went out of business in 1985.
