First Methodist Church 1940s
Title
First Methodist Church 1940s
Description
201 W. South
Although Paul R. Vogel Co. (1911-1940s) is printed on the back, the postage stamp area shows the EKC monogram of E. C. Kropp company (1907-1956.)
The lettering on the face of the postcard is very similar to the printing on the C & NW Railroad Station (ID 158) also by E. C. Kropp and probably the photo was taken at the same time period.
The traffic sign reads U. S. Route 14. In 1961, the bypass was completed and the signs changed to Business 14.
