1962 color photograph of old church building located on the corner Church and Jefferson Streets, Woodstock, Illinois in the process of being demolished.  At this time, the old church building was being used by the Dacy Lumber Company.

Description

Third in the series of the demoltion of the first church and Dacy Lumber Company buildings to make room for the National Tea grocery store on the corner of Church & Jefferson.

The large shed and the old house are gone revealing a small shed with Tonyan Construction Company sign who will construct the new store. Also visible for the first time is the Shell gasoline station on the corner of Church and Madison. The houses on the 300 block of N. Madison St appear very similar today.
